You’ve probably seen this meme about college. I’ve adapted it just a bit to fit this post. Basically, it says when you’re in college you can pick between healthy grades, a healthy social life, or a healthy body.
I know it seems sadly true, but I don’t think it should be. Staying healthy is so important to being successful in school (and life!). Getting enough sleep, eating right, and being active will all contribute to learning and getting good grades.
To help me with fitness (and hopefully you too!) I’m embarking on a 30 Day Workout Challenge and blogging/tweeting about it as I go. Also, I’m going to put together some links on posts or articles about healthy eating and other stuff to help keep your body in top shape!
